2) How does parking work? Some properties have free parking, whilst at others, parking can be rented for 65NIS a day.

3) Which properties have free parking? Ben Yehuda 50, Pines 18 and Gordon 3.

4) How does the hot water work? There is a turn dial just outside the bathroom. Turn it, wait 10 mins and Walla!

6) Are capsules for the Nespresso provided? YES.

7) How can I pay? We accept all major credit cards and cash.

8) How do I get my receipt? We use a government approved system to save the trees. You get your receipt via email.

9) How do I know where my apartment I booked is? Please look under the locations tab on the website.

10) Why did I not receive a reservation confirmation? Contact us and we will send you confirmation directly to your email!

11) Why do I need to provide my arrival information? So we can arrange the most suitable checkin process for you.

12) Is there a shuttle or taxi service? YES! Just let us know what you need and we will book it for you.

13) How do I contact the BNBTLV team when I arrive? Connect to the Wifi and shoot us an email or call us.
